Summer Family Camps at Cedar Bay are designed to provide opportunities for families to be refreshed physically, spiritually, and relationally. Our mission-minded staff use hospitality and purposeful programming to help guests come away, meet God, and be renewed by His Spirit and His Word.
Each week of Family Camp runs from Saturday to Friday and features an engaging Biblical teacher, structured worship experiences, creative children’s programming, unprogrammed time for rest and building relationships, unique recreation opportunities, and much more.
Kent Darcie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary. He counsels at Abundant Hope Counseling. Kent is also the founder of Adult Children of Divorce Ministries which, since 2004, has provided resources for adults with divorced parents to help them achieve healthy relationships with God, themselves, their spouses, and others.
Kent is a popular speaker, Bible teacher, and author of the book, “Choose a Better Path: Overcoming the Impact of Your Parents’ Divorce”. He has been married for thirty-eight years to his high-school sweetheart, Kathy. They have three adult children and live in Southeast Michigan.
Tent & RV Sites (max unit size 30') - $215/site
Includes electrical hookup and water access, no sewer. Modern bathhouse nearby with laundry and private showers.
Taylor Lodge Rooms - $475/room
Private guest room - sleeps 4-6, queen bed with bunks. Nearby community bathroom and private showers.
Cabin Guest Rooms - $675/room
Private guest room with private bathroom - sleeps 4-6, queen bed with bunks. Shared kitchen and leisure area with other guests
*Cedar Bay reserves the option to arrange housing based on our attendance needs.
