Eligibility & Timeline

• The contest is open to individuals aged 5 to 105. Current employees or contractors of Cedar Bay and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Anyone else is fair game. Contest opens on November 15, 2024, at 3:46 PM CST and closes on December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Submission Guidelines

• Designs must be original and not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Submissions must be in common image formats and should be of high resolution (~300 dpi). Offensive or inappropriate content will result in immediate disqualification.

Usage and Promotion

• By submitting a design, participants agree that all rights, including intellectual property rights, of the design are transferred to Cedar Bay upon submission. Cedar Bay will have the exclusive right to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the design in any form, including but not limited to commercial purposes. Participants waive any other rights, including moral rights, related to their submission. Cedar Bay reserves the right to display, promote, and otherwise publicize all submissions, with or without credit to the participant. Winning designs may be altered to fit production needs.

Judging Criteria

• Designs will be judged based on creativity, originality, alignment with the contest theme, and usability for shirt production. The decision of the judges is final and binding. Cedar Bay will narrow down any submissions to the top three. Final designs will be announced on social media and via email, and opened to voting for final winner.

Prizes

• The winner will receive an announcement on social media channels and one free shirt of their choosing. Sorry - prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other goods unless explicitly stated.

Disqualification, Liability & Agreement to Terms

• Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification. Cedar Bay is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete submissions. Participants agree to indemnify Cedar Bay against any claims or liabilities arising from their submission. By entering the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
