Summer Family Camps at Cedar Bay are designed to provide opportunities for families to be refreshed physically, spiritually, and relationally. Our mission-minded staff use hospitality and purposeful programming to help guests come away, meet God, and be renewed by His Spirit and His Word.
Each week of Family Camp runs from Saturday to Friday and features an engaging Biblical teacher, structured worship experiences, creative children’s programming, unprogrammed time for rest and building relationships, unique recreation opportunities, and much more.

Guest Speaker: John Kehrer
Dr. Jon Kehrer is a Professor of Old Testament and Biblical Languages at Ozark Christian College and Lincoln Seminary in Joplin, Missouri. He and his wife April have five children. Their family has ministered in various capacities locally and globally over the last 20 years. Jon has a passion for digging deep into the biblical text and cultivating truth in people’s lives.
Housing Fees
Tent & RV Site - $330/site
Electrical hookup, no water or sewer. Nearby modern community bathroom and private showers.
Lodge Room - $745/room
Private guest room - sleeps up to 6-8, queen bed with bunks. Nearby community bathroom and private showers.
Cabin Guest Room - $1050/room
Private guest room with private bathroom - sleeps up to 4, featuring a queen bed with bunks, with a shared kitchenette and leisure area.
To hold your place, a non-refundable housing deposit of $250 is required.
Program & Meal Fees
The per-person rate fee for Summer Camp Events is as follows:
- Adult 19+ - $510
- Child 6-18 - $300
- Child 0-5 - $30
*Sales tax is included in all fees.
