Summer Family Camps at Cedar Bay are designed to provide opportunities for families to be refreshed physically, spiritually, and relationally. Our mission-minded staff use hospitality and purposeful programming to help guests come away, meet God, and be renewed by His Spirit and His Word.
Each week of Family Camp runs from Saturday to Friday and features an engaging Biblical teacher, structured worship experiences, creative children’s programming, unprogrammed time for rest and building relationships, unique recreation opportunities, and much more.

Guest Speaker - Mark Hurlbut
Originally from Western New York, Pastor Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Bible and a seminary degree in ministry. He served faithfully for 18 years as an associate and lead pastor. In 2021, the Lord called the Hurlbut family to serve as missionaries with Life Action Ministries in the Midwest. In 2024, Pastor Mark joined Life Action’s sister ministry, OneCry Global, where he currently serves as Vice President and Chief Pastoral Officer.
Mark and his wife, Doris, have six children and seven grandchildren. He is passionate about discipling men and strengthening marriages, and he has recently coauthored a men’s Bible study with best-selling author Tim Grissom.
Housing Fees
Tent & RV Sites - $330/site
Electrical hookup, no water or sewer. Nearby modern community bathroom and private showers.
Lodge Rooms - $745/room
Private guest room - sleeps 2-6, queen bed with bunks. Nearby community bathroom and private showers.
Cabin Guest Rooms - $1050/room
Private guest room with private bathroom - sleeps up to 4, queen bed with bunk. Shared kitchenette and leisure area.
To hold your place, a non-refundable housing deposit of $250 is required.
Program & Meal Fees
The per-person rate fee for Summer Camp Events is as follows:
- Adult 19+ - $510
- Child 6-18 - $300
- Child 0-5 - $30
*Sales tax is included in all fees.
