Summer Family Camps at Cedar Bay are designed to provide opportunities for families to be refreshed physically, spiritually, and relationally. Our mission-minded staff use hospitality and purposeful programming to help guests come away, meet God, and be renewed by His Spirit and His Word.
Each week of Family Camp runs from Saturday to Friday and features an engaging Biblical teacher, structured worship experiences, creative children’s programming, unprogrammed time for rest and building relationships, unique recreation opportunities, and much more.

Guest Speaker - Curt Dodd
Dr. Curt Dodd is a pastor, author, and church planter with more than five decades of ministry experience. A graduate of Houston Christian University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, he has served churches in Texas, Colorado, Florida, and Nebraska, leading several congregations through significant growth and helping launch new churches.
He is President and Co-Founder of Shepherds Group, has served in numerous Southern Baptist leadership roles, and is the author of several books. Curt and his wife, Ginger, enjoy time with their three children and nine grandchildren.
Housing Fees
Tent & RV Sites - $305/site
Electrical hookup, no water or sewer. Nearby modern community bathroom and private showers.
Lodge Rooms - $700/room
Private guest room - sleeps up to 8, queen bed with bunks. Nearby community bathroom and private showers.
Point Cabins – $700/cabin
Private cabin - sleeps up to 8, queen bed with bunks. Nearby modern community bathhouse and private showers.
Cabin Guest Rooms - $990/room
Private guest room with private bathroom - sleeps up to 6, queen bed with bunk. Shared kitchenette and leisure area.
Family Cabins - $1,350/cabin
Private cabin - sleeps up to 11, queen bed with bunks. Private kitchen and a leisure area with a woodstove or fireplace.
Program & Meal Fees
The per-person rate fee for Summer Camp Events is as follows:
- Adult 19+ - $480
- Child 6-18 - $280
- Child 0-5 - $25
*Sales tax is included in all fees.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you cancel before May 1st, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. After this date, all deposits are non-refundable.
