Cedar Bay appreciates servant hearts that choose to use their professional experience, skills, and passions to support camp. We have many volunteer opportunities and would love for you to serve alongside our full-time staff throughout the year.
Upcoming Volunteer Events
HOW YOU CAN HELP
PROGRAM
Help camp during events with operational tasks such as kitchen, housekeeping, and Children's Program!
Expect a 6-8 hour work day.
Work areas may include:
- Landscaping
- Kitchen
- Dish Crew
- Housekeeping
- Recreation
- Children's Programs
Inform our Volunteer Coordinator if you have any professional experience or skills that could help camp, including plumbing, carpentry, electrician, etc.
Cedar Bay asks for volunteers for the entire event. For example, if our family camps runs Saturday-Friday, we would ask you to be available for the entirity of the camp.
GROUPS
Bring your church, family, and friends to help camp finish special projects!
We invite groups, friends, and family to volunteer together to work on long term projects alongside our full-time staff.
We need the most help during fall, winter, or spring.
Housing will be provided.
WORK DAYS
Have you ever wondered how we get camp ready for summer and winter? Come join us for a work day!
Expect a 6-8 hour work day.
Housing and meals will be provided.
Housing is available Friday through Sunday.
Work is schedule on Saturday only.
Projects may include:
- Season kitchen projects
- Processing firewood
- Setting up seasonal areas
- Deep cleaning our cabins
