Nestled amidst breathtaking forests, pristine lakes, and tranquil shores of Lake Huron in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Cedar Bay offers Quiet Retreats for pastors and missionaries who need time away to focus on their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Our retreat center provides a peaceful setting for prayer, fasting, Scripture study, or simply resting in the presence of the Lord. This intentional time away allows guests to refocus, and be refreshed and renewed in their hearts and calling.

this Quiet Retreat is our gift to you.
All retreats are subject to availability, and reservations are required. Most guests choose a 2- or 3-night stay, with a maximum stay of 5 nights. Quiet Retreats are not designed for families, but rather they are set aside for pastors, missionaries, and spouses. If you are interested in a private retreat for your family (including children), please contact us and we'd love to talk with you more about our private retreats.
Meals may be purchased on-site as available, or we can direct you to local restaurants in the area. Additionally, your accommodations will include a full kitchen, providing you with the space and flexibility to prepare your own meals during your stay.
We expect that guests who participate in our Quiet Retreat ministry would support our Statement of Faith. Please contact us with any questions.
Traveling from a distance? We recommend flying into Chippewa County International Airport (CIU) for convenient access. Rental car services are available at the airport, or feel free to contact us to inquire about possible airport pickup.
